Building On Women’s Strengths is 7 week course for women who are interested in:
- Improving their self esteem
- Obtaining personal growth and self-awareness
- Increasing assertiveness and communication skills
- Dealing with personal and family issues
- Increasing knowledge and skills to manage conflict and stress in the home
Focusing on the group’s strengths and needs, supporting and empowering women to establish effective relationships.
